Cynthia is available to speak on myriad subjects relating to organic farming. Darthia Farm offers workshops every week and Cynthia often speaks to groups about raising vegetables and meat. The following are some of the topics.

General organic farming, companion planting, insect control without harmful chemicals, raising sheep for wool and meat, slaughtering and butchering chickens, extending the growing season, raising your own seedlings.

Watch for the summer, 2014, workshops. There are all kinds of topics – writing, slaughtering chickens, identifying trees, cooking Indian food.
